Recently, some of our users have encountered error messages when trying to use the SNH Titan in conjunction with their Facebook or Instagram accounts. We understand that this can cause inconvenience and in this article we would like to explain in more detail what is causing these error messages and how you can temporarily resolve them.
What is causing the current error messages?
Facebook and Instagram have recently introduced a new pop-up due to legal changes. This pop-up appears when you try to log in with an account that is linked to an Instagram or Facebook account. This change has resulted in accounts used as survey profiles in SNH Titan currently generating error messages, causing surveys to fail.
Why are these errors occurring?
The errors occur because the new pop-up from Facebook and Instagram prompts users to make relevant decisions for their accounts. SNH-Titan cannot make these decisions automatically, which leads to the error messages mentioned.
How can you rectify these errors?
To bypass the error messages and successfully complete your tasks, you must take the following steps:
- Manually log in to the browser with the affected Facebook or Instagram account.
- A pop-up will appear asking you to make certain decisions for your account. Follow the instructions in the pop-up and make the necessary decisions.
- Once you have completed these steps, you should be able to complete your tasks with SNH-Titan without any further error messages.
What is the SNH-Titan team doing to fix this issue?
Our development team is already working on a solution to improve the integration with Facebook and Instagram and ensure that such error messages can be avoided in the future. In one of the next updates, we will adapt and improve the error message that occurs in Titan accordingly.
